This Refund Policy explains when Motoverse may issue refunds for paid promotions (such as Sponsored Listings) and how to request one.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to paid boosts and promotions purchased on Motoverse (e.g., 1-week, 2-week, or 4-week Sponsorship).
2. When a refund may be approved
We may approve a full or partial refund if one of the following occurs:
- A technical issue on Motoverse prevented your Sponsorship from activating or displaying for a meaningful period.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment).
- We detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to the transaction.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
If approved, refunds may be prorated based on the time the Sponsorship was active and visible.
3. When refunds are not issued
Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:
- The Sponsorship has already started and has been active (even if you received fewer messages or views than expected).
- The listing was removed, hidden, or limited due to policy violations, suspected fraud, or misuse.
- You changed your mind or no longer want the Sponsorship after purchase.
- The listing content violates Motoverse Terms (e.g., prohibited items, misleading information).
We may still review exceptional cases at our discretion.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us and include your purchase details. Requirements:
- Submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
- Include: your account email/username, listing link or ID, purchase date, and payment reference/receipt.
- We typically respond within 5 business days.
If your Sponsorship did not activate, please include screenshots or a brief description of the issue.
5. Refund method and processing time
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider/bank and may take several business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
